Shannon Jurdana is Founder & Chairman of Vimly Benefit Solutions. She co-founded the company in 1993 with a straightforward belief that employee benefits work better when they work together as one solution. What started as a regional third-party administrator has become a national SaaS benefits administration platform serving multiple employer groups, association health plans, and trust-based benefit programs.
Shannon led Vimly through decades of growth and transformation, raising capital to expand from its Pacific Northwest roots and positioning the company for its next chapter. In 2024, Vimly partnered with Rubicon Technology Partners to accelerate that growth.
Today, Shannon drives strategic initiatives, customer engagement, and thought leadership for the company. She serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Association of Administrators and is a member of the Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation, where she mentors women leaders. She graduated from Harvard Business School’s OPM program in 2015.
Cathy Barcello is Vice President of Sales Operations at Vimly. She’s spent more than 25 years building sales operations systems in health and retirement, benefit administration industries, working in both high-growth startups and multi-billion-dollar global organizations.
At Vimly, Cathy leads the processes, tools, and support functions that enable the sales team to win new business and grow existing relationships.
Before joining Vimly in 2020, Cathy spent two decades at Alight (formerly Aon Hewitt), where she led teams across sales operations, bid management, and commercial operations. She’s known for building systems that drive growth and for helping sales leaders focus on selling.
Joseph Carpinelli is Chief Financial Officer at Vimly, where he leads finance and administrative operations. His focus is ensuring the company has the financial clarity and operational discipline to execute on its growth strategy.
Joe brings deep experience in technology, healthcare services, and life sciences, with a particular strength in M&A. Over his career, he’s led or supported more than 30 transactions, helping companies navigate growth, integration, and market shifts.
Before Vimly, Joe held finance leadership roles in private equity-backed and venture-funded businesses navigating growth and transition. He’s known for building teams that execute and for bringing a practical approach to complex financial decisions.
Peter Clare is Chief Executive Officer of Vimly. He brings
more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and HR technology, with a track record in revenue growth, operational
transformation, and M&A integration.
Before joining Vimly, Peter served as CEO of a healthcare
talent acquisition technology company, leading the business through a
successful financial turnaround and repositioning it for sustainable growth.
Prior to that, as President of a leading talent acquisition platform, he drove
the company’s growth strategy and integrated six acquired companies into a unified operation.
Peter believes technology should solve real problems for the people who rely on it, without unnecessary complexity.
Terry Durham is Vice President of People and Culture at Vimly, where she leads talent strategy, organizational design, and the employee experience. She focuses on building people processes and frameworks that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
Terry brings more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership in technology and SaaS organizations, including private equity-backed environments. Her primary areas of responsibility include talent strategy, leadership development, compensation and total rewards, performance management, and employee relations.
Before joining Vimly, Terry built scalable people infrastructures in high-growth, distributed organizations. She’s known as a trusted advisor to executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and navigating complex people challenges. Terry specializes in leading people transformations that keep pace with business growth while maintaining strong employee engagement.
Sudipta Ghose is Chief Technology Officer at Vimly, where he leads product engineering, platform hosting, and IT. His focus is scaling and evolving the Vimly’s platform while building the technical foundation needed to support growth and integration.
Sudipta has more than 15 years of experience leading engineering and technology organizations in enterprise SaaS and HR technology. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Employ Inc., where he led a globally distributed team of over 100 engineers. In that role, he integrated multiple acquired companies into a unified product and technology stack, improving platform performance and delivery speed.
Before that, Sudipta held senior leadership roles at Talemetry, where he architected a highly available recruitment marketing platform for Fortune 500 customers and built the company’s first information security program. He holds expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and post-acquisition integration.
Sarah Hanley is Vice President, Customer Operations, at Vimly, where she leads service delivery, customer success, and the full client experience. Her focus is making sure the business scales without sacrificing the quality clients expect.
Over the past 15 years, she’s built and led teams in private equity and venture-backed SaaS companies, working across human resources, customer success, operations, and general management. That experience informs her approach at Vimly.
Sarah is driven by making benefits administration work the way it should- efficiently, accurately, and without unnecessary friction for the people managing it. She’s known for translating operational complexity into clear action and for building teams that can execute as the business grows.
Tiffany Hudspeth is Chief Product Officer at Vimly, where she leads product strategy, solution design, and client implementation. She works across engineering and delivery teams to make sure the platform solves the real problems multiple employer groups face in benefits administration.
Her work focuses on setting product direction, building teams that can execute on it, and aligning what gets built to what clients actually need. She’s skilled at taking complex, variable requirements and turning them into capabilities that scale without requiring custom work every time.
Before her current role, Tiffany built and lead product teams in environments where getting it right mattered. What drives her is solving problems that don’t have obvious answers and building products that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Amy Hughes is Senior Vice President, Enablement at Vimly. She’s responsible for the company-wide enablement and learning strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, leadership development, and the technology that supports it all. Her focus is making sure teams can execute efficiently and confidently.
Amy has more than a decade of executive leadership in enablement, customer success, and operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Most recently, she was SVP of Enablement at Relode, leading learning and community enablement for thousands of users. Before that, she held senior roles at Jobvite and Monster, building enablement frameworks through periods of growth, transformation, and post-merger integration.
Amy is known for designing learning strategies that improve time-to-competency and adoption, and for partnering across operations and product teams to turn process changes into training that actually works.
Cabot Hyde is Corporate Counsel at Vimly, where he manages legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management. His approach balances regulatory requirements with practical business execution.
Cabot brings more than 20 years of experience across legal practice and operations. Before joining Vimly, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Latitude and Chief Administrative Officer at Relode, where he built scalable operating infrastructure while overseeing legal, compliance, and governance functions. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate partner at Waller Lansden, advising on over 200 M&A and venture capital transactions.
His experience spanning legal practice and operations gives Cabot perspective that balances regulatory requirements with business realities. He anticipates risks while creating practical pathways for growth. Cabot holds a JD from the University of Mississippi and has worked across healthcare, technology, and business services industries.
Jeannie Roddy is Vice President of Service Delivery at Vimly, where she’s responsible for account management, customer success operations, Shared Services, and COBRA.. Her focus is connecting what clients expect to how the business delivers, ensuring consistent outcomes and high-quality service.
Before joining Vimly in 2025, Jeannie spent more than 25 years in benefits administration and service delivery, most recently at Businessolver, where she served as Senior Director of Client Services. In that role, she led the reorganization of the client services team structure, implementing an enterprise-wide model that improved client satisfaction and positioned the organization to support growth.
Jeannie is motivated by solving operational challenges that make a tangible difference for clients and teams. She’s known for driving accountability and for building service models that perform reliably.
