Acting as the face of implementations to customers, the Professional Services team is responsible for new customer implementations and existing customer change management requests during the entire lifecycle engagement. Working with Client Services, Deployment, Technical Support, Customer Support, Product Development and Product Management, they manage all of the day-to-day details and deliver solutions to customers with minimum disruption and maximum efficiency.
