Customer Success Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY 

Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of enrollment, eligibility, billing, communication (phone, email, fax), and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. The first point of customer contact for general inquiries. Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. Provide support as a team effort in special projects on an on-going basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Increase depth of learning of Vimly enrollment, eligibility, billing, and technical procedures that are critical to serving our clients.
  • Provide answers to enrollment, eligibility, termination and billing questions.
  • Provide general administrative support for team needs.
  • Process incoming mailed and electronic applications, verification of eligibility.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and their insurance carriers. Quickly resolve eligibility concerns with carriers and providers on behalf of the employers and employees when discrepancies occur.
  • Process notifications and other compliance documentation. Ensure all data is in compliance with federally mandated rules and procedures.
  • Maintain client records, noting discrepancies as directed.
  • Support month-end reporting, as needed, in an effective and timely manner, including delinquency calls and producer questions.
  • Provide general file management per VimIy standard procedures.
  • Assist Vimly teams outside of your department with their work as directed by your manager or supervisor. This work may fall outside of procedures within your department but are critical to overall continuous office operations.
  • Actively participate in learning client needs, taking on more responsibility as directed by Account Manager.
  • Willingness to participate in departmental and company-wide committees, events, and offerings as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school education or equivalent; college education a plus
  •  2-5 years customer service experience
  • 0-1 years of employee benefits experience (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing)

National Sales Executive

POSITION SUMMARY 

Vimly seeks a high-energy sales executive that can drive sales, revenue growth and profit using your knowledge of all our product offerings. Reporting to the National SVP, this individual must be results oriented with a proven track record of successfully generating new sales growth from start to finish. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing and promoting Vimly as an experienced benefits technology and service company. Our National Sales Executive will work collaboratively with internal colleagues across various functional areas and leverage subject matter experts as appropriate to support his/her sales efforts.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Clearly demonstrate the value proposition of Vimly to prospective clients based on financial analysis.
  • Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
  • Drive all sales activities including but not limited to; prospecting, profiling, product demonstrations, RFP/proposal development and to the sale close all while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vimly's solutions and offerings.
  • Maintain an understanding of the marketplace and competitive offerings.
  • Strategically plan, negotiate and influence interactions and relationships with clients and internal team members to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Track and monitor client engagements through Salesforce automation tool, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue.
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to increase opportunities and participate in weekly reviews of various client engagements.
  • Inform product strategy, influence the product roadmap, and guide/support product decisions based on market needs.
  • Support new business implementation through strong collaboration with internal team members to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Facilitate effective transition of new business to account management.
  • Coordinate sales activities with all levels of staff and external partners through clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and execute sales process and activities.
  • Provide Vimly senior staff with regular and timely sales updates and weekly status activity reports.
  • Share input, raise awareness, and problem solve with Vimly senior staff on sales process .

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a senior health care sales executive - preferred
  • Undergraduate or technical degree required, master’s degree a plus - or equivalent experience
  • Prefer sales executives with strong consultative and solution sales experience selling to health plans/carriers, Association Health Plans (AHPs), Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), large general agencies/brokerage firms, PEOs, ancillary carriers and/or labor and public-sector customers.

Director of Finance

POSITION SUMMARY

Oversee all corporate finance activities and functions, including cash, investment, and asset management, budgets and financial statements. Manage federal, state, and local tax filings and planning. Ensure accurate reporting and conformance to financial policies. Work with CFO and CEO to set strategic direction for the department and Vimly’s long-term success. Act as a resource for CEO on financial analysis, planning, pricing, margin analysis, etc. Assist in negotiating and administering contracts with vendors, customers, and partners. Oversee Compliance function, which creates and maintains policies and procedures regarding HIPAA and other privacy and security functions, and ensures all licenses and certifications are current.

CFO is currently a part-time role, so the Director of Finance is a key role for the company in ensuring financial health and understanding financial implications of key decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Oversee creation of monthly financial statements and annual financial audit.
  • Maintain monthly budget/actual/forecast and complete periodic budget reviews with department managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team.
  • Research complex financial issues, providing direction to management as necessary.
  • Responsible for the annual budget process and strategic plan financial projections.
  • Assist in creating and driving corporate objectives throughout the company, and in managing KPIs and dashboard metrics.
  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of required accounting systems, procedures and controls.
  • Prepare and/or delegate financial analysis requests by the Executive Team.
  • Develop and assure strong supportive relationships with all departments and clients to ensure mutual cooperation and problem solving.
  • Supervise the Compliance team; including hiring, training, reviewing, scheduling and other administrative duties.
  • Manage banking relationships.
  • Manage annual SOC audit and HITRUST assessment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS or MBA Degree in Business/Finance from an accredited university
  • Minimum 10 years experience in corporate finance functions
  • Operational accounting experience with various sized organizations
  • 5+ years managerial experience with increasing responsibility
  • A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and accounting challenges
  • Strong preference for background in technology and/or health insurance management

Director of National Accounts

POSITION SUMMARY 

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, the Director, National Accounts is responsible for the facilitation of services delivered to our national clients while ensuring all service level agreements are achieved through the development and management of our National Account Managers. 

This role is responsible for ensuring client retention, client expansion, and gaining customer referrals. The Director, National Accounts forms deep partnerships with our customers and anticipates their needs through a consultative sales approach. In addition, the role manages projects both strategic and tactical to ensure best in class service, expands the business, gleans competitive marketplace intelligence, and increases business profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Establish, cultivate and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels, including VP and C-Suite level leadership, serving as a consultant and as a trusted advisor to these customers.
  • Prior experience developing and rolling out national processes and customer programs that drive performance and product/service utilization.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices, trends and applications. May perform an advisory role to senior management on potential new business developments and programs.
  • Ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas with demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating and interfacing between all departments.
  • Recruit, train and develop an account management team accountable for strengthening our company goals and value in the market.
  • Supports pre-sales processes with sales to win new business (e.g. conference calls, meetings, sales collateral, SOWs, etc.).
  • Supports RFP process and/or proposal review and refinement.
  • Provides Vimly senior staff with regular and timely account management updates and weekly status activity reports.
  • Lead team in preparing account specific sales and renewal strategies.
  • Presents new products and service lines to existing clients; assessing and defining client needs.
  • Resolves escalated and complex problems; analyzing data to advise or recommend solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of working with senior-level executives with progressively increased responsibility for client relationship management and consultation
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, working with employers, consultants, brokers, payors and administrators
  • 10 years of account management/sales experience with a proven track record of strategic and consultative sales or account management experience in the medical benefits/insurance industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of program implementation and administration
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, collaboration and listening skills
  • Excellent messaging, positioning and presentation of information to influence customers
  • Strong work management skills - including the ability to identify a goal and the steps needed to accomplish it
  • Strong business and financial knowledge. Willingness to travel as required

Sr. Cloud Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Cloud Engineer will help design, develop, and install software solutions. The key project for this role is greenfield and offers the most current tools and technologies for the core team. In this role, you will support the build of high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Solutions Consultant

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the Vimly sales process. You will be working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the Vimly product suite. This role is the primary technical resource for field sales when selling Vimly’s range of solutions to our most strategic prospects. You will become a domain expert on the Vimly platform and demonstrate such product expertise on all sales opportunities within your region. This role combines consultative selling, technical solution mapping, and client-facing relationship building during the solution identification, proposal, presentation and closing phase of each opportunity. 

The Solutions Consultant will be required to understand customer goals and challenges and establish Vimly’s product as the leading solution. To do this you will build and present customized demonstrations of our technology solutions, and demonstrate deep familiarity with the platform, as well as the benefits administration space, including best practices and optimization methodology. The successful candidate must be fluent in articulating technology and product positioning to both business, and technical audiences, and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Technical point of contact and expert for prospect and Sales team within the sales cycle.
  • Development and delivery of high stakes sales presentations, proof-of-concepts, and product demonstrations to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Research and understand the needs of the customer in order to present custom prospect/client solutions.
  • Produce document requirements and create Statements of Work (Solutions Documents) for prospective clients.
  • Supporting Sales teams by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Conduct Technical Discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. Technical Discovery is designed to uncover any and all technical requirements and potential issues.
  • Evaluating clients' vendor partners for data integration, technology vendor requirements, and developing integration strategies for the platform.
  • Translate market requirements into constructive inputs into the organization to guide the corporate direction in products and positioning.
  • Engage in a rapid education process including formal training, self-study, and field experience designed to act as a technical expert on Vimly’s platform and related solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls with appropriate and timely documentation of Client Fact Sheet into Salesforce.
  • As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches and plans.
  • Work closely with sales executives to create standardized processes and solutions.
  • Provide training to internal stakeholders and customers on product offerings and keep up to date with all industry changes.
  • Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years Technical sales or field sales experience, with strong business knowledge; sales engineering or professional consulting experience, or 4+ or more years' experience in pre-sales, post sales or other customer facing roles
  • Undergraduate or technical degree required, master’s degree a plus - or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
