Employee Development

We invest in our people and their personal and professional growth. Our best-in-class learning management system is accessible 24-hours a day for our 21st-century employees who love to learn. To support more advanced growth, we’ve invested in group certification programs to teach methodologies like agile scrum, and management/leader development (i.e., DiSC), as well as other programs that build upon our communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment

We established our home base in Mukilteo, a suburb of Seattle, Washington. We have a collaborative work environment where team members are encouraged to be curious, talk straight, and be relentless about improvement. We are proud of the tenure of our organization; Client Services 8.7 years, Engineering 9.0 years, Product 7.7 years and Professional Services 7.0 years. Community

Vimly is an avid supporter of our employees and the community causes they are passionate about. It’s not uncommon for a new charitable giving program to be on full display in our kitchen every week. One thing is for sure: our people love to join forces in support of kids and animals!
