Glassdoor.com was designed to increase workplace transparency by allowing employees to rate and review their companies. After all, who knows it better than those who work there? A quick look at Vimly’s Glassdoor page reveals a score of 4.6 out of 5 and employees who are exceptionally satisfied. 

For additional context, 4.6 is among the highest employee rankings on Glassdoor. By comparison, the average score for all companies in 2020 was 3.5. Additionally, 94% of Vimly employees said they would recommend the company to friends.
