Good morning, everyone. This is Joe Carpinelli. I recently joined the company as CFO. My journey is pretty interesting. I received a call from Mr. Marc Palmer and we worked together at a few other companies at Express Scripts and InVentiv Health, he gave me a call and said, hey, Vimly is a great company. Would love for you to if you're interested to come on board. I had some conversations with both Marc and then Shannon and the rest of the team. And I was really excited about the opportunity and said, yes, I'd love to join the team. So, voila, here I am. I'm a North Carolina guy from New Jersey, joining a Seattle team. So, looking forward to it and really excited to be part of the journey.
What excites me most about my role at Vimly and the team at Vimly is the following. One, to be able to join a team at this inflection point to really drive growth. We're really well positioned with our product offers and, where we are in the marketplace. And with Shannon's leadership, I believe we have unbridled growth opportunities. That's the first thing. And second thing is everyone I've met so far has a real willingness to jump in, join in and really is focused on getting the job done. The egos are left at the door and really, it's really the mission that folks seem to be focused on, which excites me, which is what I'm all about too. So those are the two main items that, you know, from my perspective is I'm really happy to be part of the team. You know, now and with Marc joining the team on the leadership team as well, and we'll have a couple of fast break, easy baskets as well as we, you know, go and go on that growth journey together.
What stands out to me about the culture of Vimly is one, everybody seems to be very engaged. Everybody's really willing to jump in and help each other out. And two, I think everybody is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. So I think all those things are fantastic and more importantly, everybody's doing it with a smile on their face and a good attitude which is so important. I believe everybody is bought into the culture that Shannon and the team has developed through the years and I hopefully, you know, I could come in fit in and be a part of that and I'm looking forward to that. So a great, great environment, great team and look forward to just being part of the whole Vimly family.
As I look out ahead, Shannon's laid out a really bold agenda for us to grow and take advantage of our unique position. With that, there's gonna be some challenges. We have great partners in Rubicon that are gonna be there to support us during the journey. And I know with this team and all of us pulling on that rope together that we will conquer our challenges and really be happy with the outcome. So I really look forward to being part of it and just being part of the team and helping all of us meet our goals and objectives and help the company grow. Thanks.
