Who is Vimly Benefit Solutions?


Yeah, Vimly is a privately held woman-owned benefits administration platform and services company uniquely positioned to support the multi-employer markets or any aggregated business model to help streamline workflows, automate processes, and create efficiencies. We've been around for 30 years and have become the industry leader in a very niche market with a best in class 99% partner retention rate.

How is Vimly different?


Yeah. When you think about benefits administration, typically software and services come to mind. Our proprietary HITRUST certified platform is uniquely architected to support multi-employer arrangements. There are many ben admin platforms out there built for the single employer with very few built to support pooled group arrangements like ours. We simplify quoting, enrollment and eligibility, true consolidated billing and settlement, and very robust integrations through our DataBridge, inbound and outbound EDI and API. In addition to our platform architecture, our true consolidated billing solution also sets us apart. A single invoice to each group for all premium, broker commission, admin fees, et cetera. We take the payment, it's reconciled in real time, and then dispersed on the backend to all stakeholders. Enrollment is really the commodity out there. The scarcity is what happens in the backend with eligibility, billing and payments, where we shine. Our trust administration support for financial statements and board meeting minutes is another differentiator in the market.
