Shannon Jurdana

Shannon Jurdana is the CEO and Chairman of Vimly Benefit Solutions (Vimly), a leader in the benefits administration space.

Shannon founded the company in 1993 as a regional service organization, built on the idea that employee benefits work better when they work together as one solution, serving small to mid-sized businesses through Association Health Plans and Multi-employer Trusts.

As a tech-savvy visionary, Shannon has grown Vimly into a world-class benefits technology company, solving some of the most difficult challenges, including complex enrollment, consolidated billing, and platform integrations.

Shannon has led Vimly through years of transformation and raising of capital to grow Vimly from its roots as a regional service company into the national provider it is today. Through Shannon’s leadership, Vimly is now a national leader with a platform that delivers a digital quote-to-card experience for carriers, third-party administrators, general agents, brokers, employers, and employees.

Vimly’s solutions simplify and automate the entire process, from benefits acquisition to ongoing administration. The company is uniquely positioned in the market to deliver solutions that support the needs of all stakeholders, including carriers and their distribution partners, consultants, brokers, employers, and employees.

Under Shannan’s leadership, Vimly has been featured in Forbes, won an Association of Washington Business (AWB) Better Business Award, is a certified women-owned business, recognized as a Top 25 women-owned business in Seattle, and was a founding member of the Washington Technology Association Diversity in Tech Pact.

In 2015, Shannon graduated from the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program (OPM). She also serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Association of Administrators, serving as Vice President for more than a decade. Shannon mentors other women leaders as a member of the Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation (EWA).
